We Stand Behind Our Labels

A 100% satisfaction guarantee has been a part of our mission since our founding in 1994. We recently decided that we wanted to make a verbal guarantee, in addition to our written one. We invited our staff to speak on camera -- and actually got a few of them to do so! Of course, even the most camera-shy among us take your satisfaction with your labels seriously.

To increase your satisfaction level, you can request sample labels for each product category you're interested in. Not sure what materials, laminates, adhesives, or colors would work best on your planned label? Click on the blue "Free Samples" button on the product page you're interested in, and fill in your mailing information. If you have anything you particularly want to see, tell us. We'll mail samples out to you right away.

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact us upon recognizing the error so that we can replace your labels in a timely manner.

Patrick St. Pierre, Digital Print Tech: If your labels have a manufacturing defect, please let us know right away. We will identify the problem and run a replacement order for you. This guarantee covers the quality of the production and materials and does not cover spelling errors that are typed in by the customer.

Scott McKiernan, Vice President, Operations: We want to ensure that you receive the highest level of customer service in all aspects of doing business with us. This is most important when you feel that you did not receive what you expected, and when you want to be completely sure that your replacement order will be exactly what you want.

Connie Nicolaou, Account Manager: Should you have a problem with your order, please email or call CustomerCare, and our team will resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. You will then be provided with instructions for returning your order.
